I brought my car to Mike Rose after someone hit my car in a parking lot. My car already had damage in that area from a previous accident that I had not fixed. Damon was assigned to do the assessment of the damage. He was kind and patient with me even though my car was old a had previous damage. He provided a thorough estimate and broke down repair costs for most recent accident and costs to repair previous damage. When I decided not to fix the car, he re-attached my bumper at no charge and sent me on my way. Damon went out of his way to help me and for that I am grateful. He answered all of my questions and always treated me with respect and patience. It is rare to see this level of customer service.

As luck would have it, in 2010 I had bought a brand new car and weeks later hit a pedestrian crossing a parking lot exit. I had brought my car to this location to have it repaired. Well, 3 years later, the clear coat on the hood was starting to chip. Mike’s has a lifetime warranty on paint. So I called to have the hood fixed. Without batting an eye the manager set up an appointment time and even made sure I had a ride home and a ride back to the shop. I cannot give enough stars for the customer service!

What a great surprise.

Stopped by here to say hi to someone and then get a quote for a big dent I have on my back bumper. Corey came to help me, gave me a quote, and it was way out of the realm of what I could spend.

Well Corey offered to just take my car in the back pop that dent out as best he could. He took it in the back, warmed up the bumper and popped out the dent. It wasn’t perfect, but it looked fantastic. He even put some similar colored paint to cover the scratches. AND ALL FOR FREE!!

The rest of the staff was pretty nice, but I had no idea I’d leave with that gawd awful dent almost invisible. I am soooo happy now. Since I didn’t pay anything, I thought a positive review was due. Thanks guys!!!

I was involved in car collision and even if it was not my fault I was a total nervous wreck. My insurance send me to Mike’s Auto Body in Walnut Creek. Nobody could have been nicer, helpful and took care of everything. Even the rented car!
They kept in touch with me. The service was excellent. I am driving my car for several weeks now and nobody could guess the car was in an accident. It drives like new and absolutely no problems.
I really appreciated their caring service. I do not wish accident on anybody, but if you are stuck, seek help at Mike’s Auto Body in Walnut Creek.

My 2012 Camaro SS was vandalized and my insurance company suggested to use Mike Rose. I was skeptical at first since it’s hard to trust Insurance Company Body shops. Everything went smoothly, the process of getting your car fixed was so easy. When I finally went and saw my car. It looked liked noting Happened to my Car. They actually improved my rims and Used Powder Coat instead of Paint over. I always wanted Powder Coating on my rims and they did it for me. And that’s a upgrade. They also used better quality Window Tinting then the ones I used. So if your car has damages and you want to upgrade it from what it was bring to Mike Rose. A+ Customer Service and A+ Service.

Customer service here is excellent. I recently dropped my vehicle off for repairs. The front desk staff was great. The ladies were all very nice and I was very pleased with the professionalism of everyone. I was in and out in a very timely manner and my rental car was already there waiting for me. Upon leaving I was given an estimated date of completion. I received a phone call prior to the repairs being done and one as soon as my car was finished which was the date I was given. I picked up my car and it looks wonderful. My Mercedes looks like new!!!! Thanks guys
